Today I finished my last round of required work on my teeth (it was a lot) at Grayhawk Dental Associates. They not only fixed what another dentist had done improperly, but pulled some miracles I didn’t think they could even do! My teeth have never, and I mean never, looked better or felt better. Dr. Adams is beyond incredible and Dr Cooper is a legend. I waited quite a while for my spot in their calendar and it was well worth every moment of that wait. The cherry on top was when they gave their pricing estimate… for being such a highly sought out office, I was prepping for a heart attack but was very pleasantly surprised.

I was shocked that they beautifully and successfully accomplished all of the three points of the customer service triangle. Time, money and quality. Usually receiving 2 out of 3 points warrants good reviews, but Dr Cooper, Dr Adam’s and the entire team left me absolutely speechless and smiling with having all three triangle points accomplished.

As a family, we have been seeing Dr. Cooper for 16 years! We absolutely trust him and his team! We wouldn't want to go any place else! His knowledge and education far surpasses many. He won't perform procedures to "make money" off your insurance, he will only perform what is necessary. He has a great team of hygienists and the new Dr. Chloe is also amazing! They are so flexible with the schedule too! Also if you ever have a procedure done, the doctor will call your house to check up on you~ what doctor do you know does that? Amazing "bedside" manners and truly people who care!

Hmmm...where do I start? I worked for Dr. Cooper at his very start here in Sunny AZ. Not only is he an amazing Dentist, but he makes everyone feel like family. He makes sure every patient who walks through the door is taken care of, all fears they may have had, he puts at ease. I still trust in Dr. Cooper to this day and I have had the honor of my son meeting my former boss. He is amazing with children as well!!!! My son actually loves going to Dr. Cooper! I have been seeing Dr C for.......yikes......12+ years. I started my interaction with his office when I delivered there for FedEx. I was so impressed by his staff, I made an appt.
